I’ve always thought of myself as a leader, but never seriously thought about what that actually means. Over the last couple of months, the Uncivilized Leadership Crucible and Dave’s skillful teaching pushed me to deeply consider who I am as a leader. I finished this course with a clearly defined definition of leadership, a sense of my own styles of leadership, and what I want to do as a leader in my life, both personally and professionally.

This was by far the most unexpected and powerful experience of my entire life.
